Project Adventure's Achieving Fitness PACK contains everything needed to conduct more than 90 engaging fitness adventure activities. In addition to being fun (really fun!), the activities are designed to impact muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular health, flexibility, and enhance knowledge of body composition. No weight room and fitness gym required! The text, Achieving Fitness: An Adventure Activity Guide, is written with the facilitator in mind, and includes clear lesson objectives, material lists, procedures, and reflection questions and assessment options. The text is accompanied by a Student Fitness Journal, and 30 copies are included for use by your students in this PACK.

The PACK itself has all that is needed to conduct 99% of the activities in the text.
